Built for real estate agents
Dealegator connects Dealmakers — agents with listed properties — with Gators, licensed agents ready to show them. Share one link, let your lead pick a time, and a vetted Gator opens the door while you track every tour in real time.
Managing listings means juggling phone calls, emails and message threads to get every showing covered. Dealegator replaces all of that with a single link: your lead picks the time, the platform finds the Gator, and you follow it all from one place.
Four steps from listing to closing.
Publish your property, choose how the Gator gets paid — a fixed amount per tour or a commission when the deal closes — and set how many tours you need.
Every Task gets one shareable link. Send it to your leads by email, text or social — each lead picks a time slot that an available Gator can actually cover.
The tour is offered to nearby licensed Gators one at a time, closest first. The Gator who accepts gets the access details, meets your lead and reports the outcome.
Follow every tour in real time, read your lead's feedback right after the tour, and get notified the moment a lead wants to move forward.
Keep the deals. Delegate the driving.
Stop driving to showings that don't need you. A licensed Gator covers the tour while you stay focused on closing.
No back-and-forth scheduling. Leads only see time slots that your property — and an available Gator — can cover.
Gators report on every tour, and each lead answers one key question: “Do you want to move forward with this property?”
Fund tours from your platform balance or your card, and keep every charge in one place.
Show properties. Get paid. Repeat.
Breaking into real estate is brutal on your own. Dealegator turns your license into paid reps from day one — show other agents' listings, build your track record, and get paid for every tour you run.
Set your weekly availability and your service radius. Tour offers inside your area come straight to you — accept the ones that fit.
Every offer shows the compensation before you accept: a fixed amount per tour, or a share of the deal when it closes.
Once you accept, you get the lead's contact, the property details and the access instructions. Reminders keep everyone on time.
Completed tours credit your balance, and Dealegator pays out via Zelle. No invoicing, no chasing checks.
Two ways to compensate a Gator. You choose for each Task.
Set what each tour pays — from $25 to $500 — and how many tours you need. You prepay the tours plus a flat 20% service fee — and any unused reserve returns to your platform balance when the Task closes.
Activate the Task for $30, covering up to 30 tours or 30 days. The Gator earns a share of the signed lease — a percentage you set, paid only if your lead signs.
Gators keep the full per-tour amount, minus their brokerage's flat fee where one applies.
Every Gator holds a Florida real estate license and is reviewed by our team before taking a single tour.
Before the tour, your lead sees the assigned Gator's photo, name, license and vehicle — so they always know who's showing up.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Dealegator never stores card numbers.
Dealegator runs in your browser today — no download needed. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way.
